Do I need to be technical?

What if you're not live in 21 days?
You can have your setup fee back, or let us finish with your first month free. The clock starts once you've paid and given us everything on the onboarding checklist, and it pauses for delays outside our control. Full conditions are in our Guarantee & Refund Policy.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, AI usage for your website agent, maintenance of your automations, and monthly improvements based on real conversations. Claude plans for your team are billed separately by Anthropic.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, with 30 days’ written notice. The monthly plan starts when you go live and is billed monthly in advance.
What is Make.com and why do you use it?
Make.com connects the apps you already use. We use it to send your leads into your email, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp and calendar without custom code, so changes are fast and cheap for you.
Do I need a Claude account?
Only on the AI Sales & Marketing Department plan. You pay Anthropic directly for your team’s Claude plan, and we set it up, write the skills and instructions, and connect it to your tools.
Why only 4 builds a month?
Every build is done by our team, not a template. Capping it keeps quality high and keeps the 21-day promise real.
